Product Description
The Single Station Push Up Bar is a simple fitness aid which assists in doing push-ups. The elevated horizontal bar is set about a foot high after installation. Holding onto the bar makes it significantly easier to do push-ups than it is to do them on the ground, allowing anyone to do them without much difficulty. Push-ups are a timeless exercise because there are few better ways of building up arm and pectoral muscles. The bar also keeps the user’s body off of the ground, which is important for an outdoor fitness area since it keeps users from getting their hands and clothes dirty. The bar and support posts are made with durable steel materials, and special care has been taken to remove all sharp edges and corners from the design. The support posts come standard with blue paint, but other color options can also be requested from our sales staff.
